“My husband and I interviewed about 7 different realtors in preparation for selling our home. When we met Donald and LaToya, we both felt very comfortable talking to them. They seemed to understand that selling a home is just as huge a step as buying one is. We decided to go with the Latimores  because the idea of getting two for the price of one, LaToya is the real estate agent and Don does the marketing, but we got so much more than we originally expected. They seemed to anticipate what we needed or what we were going to ask, and when we did have questions they answered promptly. Their marketing strategies are out of this world. Our home was the most viewed home on Zillow, in our area, from the time it was listed until the time the listing was taken down once the home was under contract, about 2 weeks. Which is the next thing of note, our home was under contract 16 days after listing!! And completely sold from start to finish in little over a month. But most importantly, I felt like LaToya and Don were truly in our corner. Let me explain, some of the real estate agents we interviewed made me feel like they were only working to further themselves. It’s hard to trust someone when you get the feeling that your interests aren’t fully aligned. With Don and LaToya we never had that issue. As a matter of fact, they’re were multiple times LaToya advised us not to agree to certain things because she felt they weren’t in our best interest, even though they would have expedited closing on the house. And she is no stranger to negotiating. In the end, we are very pleased with not only the sale of the house, but the experience along the way. Too long; didn’t read: Don and LaToya are kind and considerate. They know what they’re doing. They WILL get your house viewed online and off. And we’re more than pleased with our experience.
