Spent some time this morning at Discovery Villages at Sandhills with Jon Smaracko. Check out the pictures below….
They are a new retirement home that is more like resort style living. They have concierge services, beautiful dining halls, a gym, movie theater, balconies in each one and two bedroom apartment, and much more. They even have an indoor pool they are building. I really enjoyed the tour.
