John Aguirre

John Aguirre majored in Business at El Camino College and University of Southern California. He began his real estate career with Home Savings in 1976 and joined Freddie Mac in 1982. He became Regional Vice President in 1984 and managed the 10 western states growing the business 75% over two years.

He joined North American Mortgage in 1989 starting a sub-servicing business that serviced mortgage loans for medium size banks and mortgage companies, producing annual sales of over $3 billion. In 1994 he joined Countrywide as First Vice President to manage Affinity Marketing and Hispanic Marketing. In that capacity he negotiated the first successful airline affinity program with United Airlines, awarding miles for mortgages and he negotiated joint marketing programs with California’s three largest utility companies. John later managed real estate mortgage originations at JP Morgan Chase in Georgia and retired from Chase in 2010.

Now as a real estate professional with eXp's Latimore Group, John is helping Columbia families realize their dreams of home ownership and real property investments.
