Hello! I’m LaToya Latimore and I’ve been licensed in real estate since 2016. With a strong background in lending and real estate investing since 2003. I am a Broker and the Co-Team Owner of the Latimore Group. We’re a family business – my husband Donald Latimore and I have built our team around Helping You Build Wealth Through Real Estate™.

We love what we do! From renovating and properly staging a seller’s home for the market, to helping a first-time homebuyer become knowledgeable about the power of home equity, we enjoy educating people on all things real estate. We also enjoy finding fixer uppers and turning them into beautiful affordable homes for homebuyers. When I am not servicing a client, I love spending time with my beautiful daughters, my wonderful husband, and networking with other hard-working Mommies! My life revolves around EMPOWERING others to live their dream.

I was born and raised in California and have lived in South Carolina since 2015. My life story makes me extremely relatable when it comes to helping others with RELOCATION. I am also an experienced real estate investor, published author, national real estate speaker/trainer, and business coach. I earned my University of Phoenix degree in Human Services, then completed my MBA and Master of Science in Accountancy.
